Self Advocacy & Workplace Saftey Education for WomXn
Our team was invited to share our research with the Pink Boots Society Executives and State Heads to facilitate a discussion on workplace safety and self-advocacy. Together we created a customer code of conduct to help breweries and bars ensure safe workplaces for the female beer professionals.
Pink Boots Society was created to assist, inspire and encourage female beer professionals to advance their careers through education.
Biere de Femme 2020
Unpacking Women's Experiences of the Craft Beer Industry
Our team worked with Pink Boots Society to create a photo voice exhibit and host a panel session with industry leaders about diversity and inclusion in the craft beer industry. This event occurred during the annual Biere de Femme festival that works to raise scholarship funds for women wanting to receive education in the craft beer industry.
